A home, a life, and a full two years of support.
Veteran Transformation Housing in Winston-Salem welcomes three communities into stable shelter, daily nourishment, and hands-on care: veterans, women exiting incarceration, and individuals leaving addiction treatment — so every resident has a foundation for a new life. Founded by fellow veteran Phillip Jackson, our work is led by someone who understands the journey firsthand.
